Wir lieben es, wenn neue Technologien unsere Möglichkeiten erweitern – besonders dort, wo Kunst, Wahrnehmung und Fantasie aufeinandertreffen.
Schon zuvor haben wir eine AR-App entwickelt, mit der sich Vestas Gemälde überall auf der Welt erleben lassen – einfach mit einem Smartphone in der Hand. Es ist der erste Kunstkatalog, der erlaubt, Werke in beliebigen Räumen virtuell zu hängen: intuitiv, spielerisch und direkt.
Mit #imagine gehen wir noch einen Schritt weiter – hinein in Räume, zu denen wir keinen physischen Zugang haben, weil sie aus Träumen bestehen. Für dieses Projekt erschufen wir eine Serie KI-generierter Innenräume, in denen Vesta Sings Ölgemälde platziert sind.
Zu jedem Bild schrieb Chiara Padovan einen fiktiven Text, der diese virtuellen Szenen mit möglichen körperlichen Erfahrungen verbindet. Denn wir glauben: Die wahre Magie beginnt dort, wo das Digitale unsere Sinne berührt.

We love how new technologies can expand what is possible – especially where art, perception and imagination intersect.
Previously, we designed an AR app to make Vesta’s paintings accessible anywhere in the world, simply by using a smartphone. It’s the first art catalogue that allows you to virtually test-hang works in any space – intuitive, playful and immediate.
With #imagine, we took this idea one step further – into rooms we cannot physically access because they are made of dreams. For this project, we created a series of AI-generated spaces featuring Vesta Sing’s oil paintings.
For each image, Chiara Padovan wrote a short fictional text linking the visual to a possible physical sensation. Because we believe the real magic begins when the digital starts to engage our senses.
#imagine building your private hideaway from scratch and moving in before anything else. This is your playground, your auditorium, your secret chamber.
In the beginning there was only light and concrete. You put yourself in there, paused to enjoy their interaction, then took in the essentials. A bed big enough for day and night dreams, its sheets casually falling into adventurous dunes. Just above the alcove, other drapes echo uncharted territories: the house’s first piece of art plays on the tune of mystery.
A subtle note of sandalwood wafts through the air, you take a sip of your favourite water and head for the gym.

#imagine a quiet morning in the centre of Paris. You have had your coffee and put on a record. You tread lightly on the Herrington parquet so as not to spoil this idle moment. For a second, your eyes linger on the room and the art collection. You greet the figure in the painting like an old friend, the one who has seen it all and confronted you with it all the time. But you don’t mind, on the contrary. She knows, and yet she has never given up on you. Her gaze is always challenging but never judgmental. You wonder if she likes the newly redecorated interior… you should get her some flowers. Lilies. But not now. You take a breath, savour the peace and quiet, the perfect morning sun. Soon life will take over, the noise will get louder, the pace will speed up. But not now…

#imagine living lavishly but with a penchant for common things. Which, of course, you do not own nor use. Your DNA vibrates in the same frequency as the finest materials in the hands of a master. Artisanal craftsmanship is what your senses know best and what they expect. And they can handle a vast variety of styles, techniques and forms at once. You are proficient in eclecticism. And while you abhor minimalism, there’s something fascinating about those utilitarian, mass-produced objects, with their blankness or even laideté, and the way people supposedly interact with them. You’ve been observing them for a while, with a certain degree of satisfaction.
That’s what led you to this painting. Executed in the finest colours by a skilled hand, its vibe suits your interiors well. You plan on rearranging the rest of the salon around it for your next dinner. It’s going to be a huge success. You can hear the conversation soaring up already, especially after drinks have been served. All it needs is one assuming comment spoken inattentively, and the evening will catch fire.
